The Role: Supporting Our People, Growing Our Team

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building warm, collaborative relationships with stakeholders so recruitment feels like a shared journey, not a process.
- Managing high‑volume recruitment with calm confidence across a wide range of roles.
- Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates within the talent management platform, as we believe in proactive recruitment
- Facilitating Assessment Centres for direct care staff and creating an environment where candidates feel seen and supported.
- Leading the full recruitment cycle—from writing meaningful, engaging job ads to ensuring new starters feel welcomed from day one.
- Coordinating fortnightly inductions that help people feel informed, valued, and ready to make a difference.
- Balancing competing priorities with grace, organisation, and a steady focus on what matters most.
- Communicating clearly, kindly, and openly with colleagues and candidates, even when things shift quickly.
- Bringing strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail to keep everything running smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Need:
- Police Clearance less than 6 months old
- Current Flu vaccinations (as per Amana Living policy)
