The Role
To provide a high level of pre and post-enrolment services to meet ALTI’s enrolment targets and deliver high-quality student support to ensure student’s study journey is successfully completed within the agreed timeframe. Further, this position provides the necessary support to the Student Services Manager and ALTI’s internal and external clients under the guidance of the Student Services Coordinator. This is a Full-Time role based in Rivervale at Amana Living Training Institute.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, advice and support to students regarding Amana Living Training Institute services
- Provide support to students from the start of their learning journey to the
- Successful completion of their respective qualifications/skill sets
- Respond to inbound student enquires via phone, email, and in person
- Responding to student enquires and provide direct support to those who require assistance
- Ensure students have required information and paperwork at enrolment
- Enrol students into chosen course of study
- Book training courses/ schedules for individual students
- Maintain students’ file (both soft copy and hard copy)
- Facilitate Pre-qualification information sessions
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Other duties as directed by your Manager
About you
You would have proven ability in MS office. Demonstrated experience and understanding of working within the current Standards for Registered Training Organisations. High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Essential Criteria:
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
- Working With Children Check
- Current drivers’ licence & Vehicle
