The Role: Supporting Our People, Growing Our Team

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaborative and effective recruitment outcomes
  • Managing high-volume recruitment with confidence and efficiency across a variety of roles.
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process from writing engaging job ads to onboarding, ensuring a smooth, professional experience aligned with workforce planning.
  • Coordinating fortnightly inductions and ensuring new starters feel welcomed, informed, and ready to thrive.
  • Balancing multiple priorities with strong organisational and analytical skills, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders and adapting quickly when priorities shift.
  • Demonstrating excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes

What You’ll Need:

  • Police Clearance less than 6 months old
  • Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (as per Amana Living policy)
  • Completion of a pre-employment medical and reference checks
