About the Role

As the Operations Support Officer, you will provide specialised administrative support to the Your Home Operations Managers and Client Service Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of services delivered across our Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to Operations Managers

· Assist in preparing communications and correspondence for clients, residents, and staff

· Perform data processing and quality assurance tasks in ComCare and other systems

· Maintain documentation including Information Booklets and client files.

· Prepare reports and gather operational data as required

· Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Property

· Participate in training sessions and team meetings

· Contribute to Quality Improvement Programs and operational planning

· Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and staff

Mandatory Requirements

· National Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)

· Covid vaccination and Influenza vaccination as per Amana Living policy

· Completion of pre-medical form and reference checks

· Working knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Community sector

· Significant administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software

· Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience in Home Care
