THE ROLE
To deliver high quality training services to Amana Living Training Institute’s internal and external clients under the guidance of Training Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver a pre-set training plan via face to face at ALTI or online
- Conduct Training assessments, marking, and record learning outcomes
- Report learning outcomes to individual students and the respective Manager within agreed timeframes
- Travelling between care sites as required to train and assess students
- Participate in the validation and moderation process
- Assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTO
- Provide feedback to The ALTI Curriculum team for the continuous improvement of training resources

Essential Requirements
- Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain at the interview stage)
- Registered, Enrolled Nurse and Allied Health Staff
- Flu vaccination & Covid Vaccination as per Amana Living policies
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the care industry
- Ability to obtain a National police clearance (within 6 months)
- Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
Desirable Requirements
- Cert IV in TAE
- Valid WA driver's licence
