We are looking for a Workforce Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimising workforce management within our Residential Care services. This role offers the chance to collaborate with internal stakeholders, analyse workforce data, forecast care targets, and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse workforce data to anticipate minimum care time targets and align staffing with business needs.
  • Monitor and report on workforce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support workforce planning by maintaining data integrity and developing analytical dashboards.
  • Assist in the development and execution of workforce planning strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within workforce management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of rostering for a 24/7 service and the impact of funding models.
  • Understanding of the aged care sector, including reform, legislation, and workforce challenges.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in an aged care or residential care setting (preferred).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
  • Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
  • Current Western Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
