Amana Living is seeking a enthusiastic and organised Learning Coordinator to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team. This vital role supports the coordination and administration of internal staff training programs, aligning with our strategic development plan andreinforcing organisation values and helping drive achievement of Amana Livings vision and mission.
What You’ll Be Doing: As our Learning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the professional development experience across Amana Living. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Staff Enquiries & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for staff training queries via phone, email, and in person. Provide accurate, timely guidance and support to staff and managers on all L&D matters, including program details, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinating Training Programs: Oversee end-to-end coordination of staff learning activities including mandatory compliance training, induction programs, professional development, and online modules. This includes managing calendars, liaising with trainers, securing venues, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth day-of delivery.
- Maintaining Accurate Training Records: Update and maintain training data in systems like Chris21, ensuring all employee records are accurate and current. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to support compliance, insights, and planning.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Partner closely with the Clinical Learning Coordinator, L&OD team, People & Culture, ALTI, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on training needs, priorities, and best practices. Actively participate in planning conversations and feedback loops.
- Digital Learning Administration: Manage access to eLearning platforms and content by setting up users, assigning training modules, tracking completion, and assisting with technical queries. Ensure the online learning environment is well-maintained, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Monitor and evaluate training programs, resources, and learning outcomes. Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on updating materials, processes, or delivery formats to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Event & Logistics Coordination: Organise training sessions and events, including bookings, catering, resource allocation, and managing inventory of training equipment. Raise purchase orders and process invoices using systems like Epicor ARM.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, including progress updates, completion statistics, and risk areas for non-compliance. Help monitor mandatory training completion across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite and strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence using systems (Learning Management System/Data management system would be a bonus)
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A growth mindset, professional presentation, and ethical focus on community contribution
Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or NDIS Worker’s Screening Check
- Proof of influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Successful completion of medical questionnaire & reference checks
