The Role: Supporting Our Team While Growing Others
Your impact goes beyond hiring talent—it strengthens the foundation of our workforce. As a trusted partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our internal teams, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and recruitment expertise to thrive.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates within talent management platform, including managing ongoing communication with prospective talent and sourcing strategies to effectively pipeline talent for key categories within the business.
- Provide professional end to end management of the recruitment process from developing the recruitment specifications from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within the portfolio in line with workforce plans
- Organising fortnightly inductions and provide induction information to new starters
- Coordinating Student, Graduate and Traineeship recruitment activities
- Continuously improve and refine sourcing and recruitment processes and attracting strategies to ensure that Amana Living is able to attract the best quality candidates available in the market. This includes conducting research and maintaining networks to identify best practices and maximise talent pipelines using social and digital tools to ensure the right person with the right skills is recruited in the right time.
