The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our Residential Facility at Thomas Scott Hostel in Camillo. The role is a Permanent Part-Time working 40 hours per fortnight.
Week 1
Monday: 1500-2000
Thursday: 1500-2000

Key responsibilities:
- Implements those aspects of the nursing care plan delegated by the registered nurse
- Contributes to the nursing assessment of individuals and groups
- Assists in the evaluation of progress toward expected outcomes
- Assists in protecting the rights of older persons
- Demonstrates successful interpersonal skills in relating to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health Professionals
- Promote the Amana Living culture, leading by example
- Develop effective communication, team building and accountability strategies at assist in leading, motivating, supporting and managing the team
About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Amana Living, you will provide compassionate care to our residents, supporting their individual needs. Your role will involve implementing care plans, assisting with assessments, and helping evaluate progress toward outcomes. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and staff to build strong, supportive relationships while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment that values each resident’s well-being.
Essential Criteria:
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
- Diploma in Enrolled Nursing
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement
- NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
