Your Role: We’re searching for an enthusiastic and driven Client Service Officer to join our innovative Business Development Team in Perth. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the key connection between ALTI and our valued business clients. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that students feel supported throughout their journey—from course selection to completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion Student Success: Provide expert guidance and support to students exploring ALTI courses.
- Be Prompt and Professional: Respond to inquiries within two business days and assist students needing additional care.
- Coordinate Training: Book training courses for students and flawlessly manage data entry within ALTI’s system.
- Keep It Organised: Maintain physical and electronic files with clear labeling for seamless retrieval.
- Communicate Effectively: Respond to emails with professionalism and speed.
- Protect Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and uphold ethical practices.
- Stay Accurate: Verify records, correct discrepancies, and keep databases error-free.
- Drive Compliance: Handle administrative tasks aligned with RTO standards to ensure smooth operations.
- Live Our Values: Embody Amana Living’s vision, mission, and values in all you do.
You’ll also collaborate with your team on additional projects and priorities assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Mandatory:
- Proven experience in customer support within a B2B environment, with a flair for creative business development strategies.
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than six months).
- Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (in line with Amana Living policies).
- Valid Western Australian C Class Driver’s License.
- Completion of pre-medical form and reference checks.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience within the VET sector.
