Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of learning and organisational development initiatives, including culture, onboarding, leadership training, technical skills, and professional development.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to curate tools and resources that support performance development and enable Amana Living to realise our vision and mission; and embed our values culture.
• Assist in conducting training needs analyses, gathering employee feedback, and identifying skills gaps.
• Design and facilitate blended learning initiatives, (eLearning, interactive webinars, and in-person training), incorporating contemporary adult learning methodology
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using data-driven insights and assessment tools.
• Ensure training programs incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles to foster an inclusive workplace.

About you

The successful applicant will have a passion for and sound experience in innovative instructional design and adult learning methodologies. As a strong communicator you will have the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Education, or a related field
• Experience in a similar Learning & Organisational Development role
• Proficient in the use of eLearning development tools (e.g., Rise Articulate, Adobe Captivate, SCORM).
• Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
• Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
