The Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide level one, two and three support to existing technologies in use by Amana and to act as a conduit for emerging technologies including service robots, robotics and IOT in providing care for our clients. The role is to assist Res Care, Home Care and Retirement Living staff and clients in enabling technology in Aged Care.

Roster 

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 0830 to 1700

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuity of key client services and applications
  • Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support via phone, email, and when necessary, face to face visits with clients
  • Providing accurate incident resolution and service request management within established service levels.
  • Document support processes for the level 1 team.
  • Applying and testing patches and application upgrades.
  • Manage and support the following Infrastructure (Client and Corporate).
    • PA Speakers
    • Nurse Call Bell
    • BIO Clocks
    • CCTV System - Verkada
    • UPS
    • Additional Services
      • Client TV’s
      • Client Phones
      • Client Streaming free to Air.
      • Client Streaming services (Foxtel, Stan etc)
    • Wearables and Tracking Devices such as watches, Airtags.
    • Door Control (Gallagher)
  • Telehealth equipment
  • Service Robotics (Matilda)

ABOUT YOU

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate: 

  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex information to a diverse audience
  • Excellent communication skills – written / oral and via visualization capabilities
  • Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

 

Essential Criteria

  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
