We are seeking applications from experienced Nurses for full time and Casual positions providing support to our clients in the community.

Nurses within Amana Living Home Care adopt a client centred approach aligned to providing high quality support and clinical care to clients who desire to stay at home. This includes comprehensive assessment, development of care plans, implementation and evaluation of outcomes. You will work in partnership with clients, their families, internal stakeholders and other health professionals in order to determine factors that affect, or could potentially affect, the health and wellbeing of our client.

Monday to Friday

0830 - 1640

Full Time Nurses also support the Out of Hours Nursing Support on a roster basis.   



You are a clinical leader capable of using your clinical knowledge and skills to work with the team in pursuit of excellent care outcomes. You are closely aligned to the Quality of Care Principles and are able to support, educate and mentor other staff. We are looking for Nurses with availability to work full time hours and have the ability to travel across the Perth metro area and embrace working remotely.

Essential Criteria :

  • Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • 2+ years' post qualification experience, ideally in Aged Care and favourably in Home & Community Care
  • Hold a valid C class driver's licence; and a registered and insured personal vehicle
  • Knowledge of Home Care common standards and operational manual
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia
  • High level communication and consultation skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to provide a clean National Police Clearance certificate (less than 6 months old)
  • Up to date COVID-19 and flu vaccination (or willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to successfully complete a physical assessment and reference checking
