The Role
The primary purpose and responsibility of the Workforce Support Officer is providing a high level of direct, timely and efficient administrative support to the Home Care workforce time in attendance team with a focus on data entry to support the payroll function. Please note this a full time fixed term contract role until the 31/12/2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, accurate and timely support to the Home Care workforce payroll team
- Client record management in the E-Case System: includes documents uploaded/downloaded, data entry and cleansing
- New starter set up and buddy shifts
- Compliance vehicle and training
- Ad-Hoc administration tasks, payroll duties, leave reports, exit advice
- Contract variations, complete other activities as required by scheduling manager
- Maintains accreditation compliance with Aged Care Quality standards
- Complies with Amana Living policies and procedures, health and safety and infection control standards and practices
- Attends and actively participates in compulsory training sessions and meetings
- Contributes to continuous improvement and acts to enhance the professional development of self
About You:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background of providing administration support or payroll data entry within the Aged Care or Services sector. Will have the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions whilst working in a highly productive, fast-paced environment with time pressures and managing multiple tasks.
Essential Criteria:
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks.
- Computer literacy particularly in effective use of time and attendance systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the Aged Care or Services sector and experience providing administrative support in this working environment.
