Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a 6-month audit plan covering all villages
• Review contracts and financials for accuracy and compliance
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements
• Present clear audit findings to management

Requirements:

• Audit experience, ideally in property or retirement living
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven organisational and time management skills
• National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
• Proof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
• Tertiary qualifications in support of experience
